N-Gage Games For S60

1 --> First Get the BLZ installer and you desired game. Send the BLZ-Installer to your phone, it should be a *.SIS file, if it is not, then it is probably a *.ZIP or *.RAR, unpack the *.SIS file from the archive, then send it. Do not send the *.ZIP or *.RAR files to your phone. Install the application.

2 --> Next, you need to get the game ready. Game files are in the *.BLZ format. Like the BLZ-Installer, if the game file is not a *.BLZ file, unpack the archives until you find the *.BLZ file. You may need to do this a few times, because usually games are packed more than once. Once you have the *.BLZ game file unpacked, send this to your phone.

3 --> Open your installed file manager and find the * BLZ game file in one of the mail folders (Example -- e:\system\mail\XXXX) and copy the file to the root directory of the MMC (Example -- e:\). Now Close the file manager. Run the BLZ-Installer. Now you should see the game listed there. Select Option and then Install. Wait for the process to finish. The game should then be installed. If you followed the procedure correctly and everything went well, you should see a new Icon, that is the game. Now you can PLAY the GAME !!

-- UNINSTALL THE GAMES --~

Nokia Announced The Nokia C5

Nokia announced the Nokia C5 and unveils a new naming convention. From now on all Nokia handset will be named using one of the N-series, E-series, X-series or C-series names.
Like many mobile phone manufactures, Nokia is trying to keep up the sales figures and doing things in a new way. Other manufactures are jumping on the Android bandwagon or release a completely new OS like Samsung's Bada. Nokia have already released the Maemo, but that OS is for more powerful handsets.
The E-Series is full of business models already, N-Series should be familiar and we have two phones in the X-series. The Nokia X3 and Nokia X6. C5 is the first phone in the C-series. Why the new naming convention? Well, we have 216 registered Nokia models in our phone database and Nokia has started to run out of numbers. There are already models using the same name with an added Classic, Slide or Fold. The first character in the new naming convention be one of C, X, E or N, and the following number indicates in which feature range and price category the model belongs. The number range from 1 to 9 where 1 is lowest and 9 being the highest.
The new Nokia C5 is a C-series device of course. The number 5 hints that this is a mid-range model. C5 is running on Symbian S60 3rd Edition, Feature Pack 2.
Some of them are 720 minutes talk time, SMS, MMS, Email, Bluetooth, FM-Radio, Java, 3.2 megapixel camera with LED flash, 15fps VGA video recording, QCIF front camera for video calls, built in A-GPS, Network 850/900/1800/1900
WCDMA 900/2100, HSDPA with max speed up to 10.2 Mbps,
50 MB internal memory expandable up to 16 with microSD card. A 2GB microSD card is included in the package.
It is interesting to see the number of standby time hours the C5 has got from of the 860 mAh battery. An impressive 630 hours according to the official Nokia specifications.
The display size of 2.2 inch and the 240 x 320 pixel resolution is not very large, but nevertheless gaining 630 hours out of a 860 mAh battery is very good. Besides the battery capacity, C5 is a phone without that something special. And it should be reflected in the retail price. Now that Nokia has made the Ovi Maps available for free for many of its older mobile phones it is no surprise to see that C5 also will have version 3.0 of the navigation solution pre-installed.
Expected retail price is EUR 135 is a little more than a Nokia 5220 XpressMusic model and should be considered quite reasonable.
The Nokia C5 will be available in the second quarter of 2010.

Surf Internet In Your Own Language With Using Opera Mini

Opera mini can be configured to see the blogs or sites, in your own language. It will also show any language since the content is rendered as images

1 --> Open Opera Mini and type " config: " in the address bar (without quotes) and then press " Go " button.

2 --> Now go to the bottom of the screen that you get after " config: ". There you will see a parameter named " Use bitmap fonts for complex scripts ". Now click it and from the menu select " Yes " instead of " No "

3 --> Now press " Save " to confirm your selection.

So, now it's done. Now you can surf your own blog or website through your mobile phone and check whether it works for your language.

Increase MMC Storage Space

Files in MMC are stored in
multiple (disk) blocks so if you
format using 16K block, the space
used will be 16K eventhough your
file is just 1K.
If you buy MMC, it is usually
preformatted with 16K block.
Therefore, alot of space is
wasted as most installed program
files are usually less than 2K.
You will need a card reader to do
this:-
1. Connect card reader and copy
all your files in the MMC to
computer disk. (Make sure you
set the show all/hidden/os files to
'on')
2. Do a format of the MMC using
command line 'format' and use
the /A=size option.
Alternative, you can use the Disk
Management in Adminstrative
Tools to format. Make sure you
select FAT.
For 256MB MMC, smallest block
you can use is 4K, 128MB is 2K,
64Mb is 1K and 32MB is 512B.
(Note: You cannot use the phones
'format MMC' to do this as the
format just clear the allocation
table and does not change the
block size)
3. Copy back all files to MMC.
Now you will find that you will
have more space.
256MB MMC got back 30+ MBs
Do this at your own risk!
Be sure to close memory card
cap after you inserted it to your
phone.(6630)
